    • Orders (excluding Bulk Wholesale Coffee) ship within 2-3 business days.
    • Wholesale Coffee ships within 5-7 business days.

  • Returns:

    • Accepted within 30 days of purchase.
    • Item must be unused, in original packaging.
    • Buyer covers return shipping.
    • No Cancellations, Refunds, Exchange, and Returns on Wholesale Coffees.

  • Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon receipt.
    • Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • Non-Returnable:

    • Sales, promotional items, and gift cards not eligible for return.

  • Exchanges:

    • Fastest route is to return the item and make a new purchase.

  • Refunds:
